  • $150k - $200k + super + vehicle
The Opportunity
Randstad is partnering with a reputable land development contractor seeking to appoint a Project Manager ahead of a busy 2026.

A strong workbook secured by long-standing partnerships with Victoria’s most prominent land developers, this company views quality delivery and safety as its core pillars of operation and seeking like-minded individuals to join their team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the execution of multi-stage greenfield projects broken down into earthworks (cut to fill), utilities (NBN, Electrical, Water, Sewer), roads and asphalt packages.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, passing on your knowledge and experience to the next generation.
  • Instil a culture of safety during during toolbox meetings, keep all accountable for safe working methods.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining already strong working relationships build over decades.
  • Problem-solve and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years as Project Manager on civil projects, ideally with experience in greenfield land development projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, earthworks, and utilities scope of works.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Good tenure in previous positions (Highly valued)
  • Well presented individual, good communicator and approachable in nature
  • Strong commercial acumen and project financial management.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
